With the first days of fall already behind us, now is the time to get ready for holiday meals and entertaining. Take your Holiday gatherings to a new level with fresh ideas and recipes.
This class will feature modern spins on traditional ideas and ways to impress your guests while having a less stressful holiday season. We will be preparing beautiful foods for your family table, items to bring to a dinner party, and simple, elegant recipes for entertaining your family and friends.
Students should be prepared to arrive 20 minutes early for setting up stations prior to class.
Sheridan Nice is the owner of Mona Lisa's Gelato & Cafe in Johnson City, TN, with her parnter and husband, Steve Nice. She is a graduate of La Varenne, Ecole de Cuisine, Paris and a recipient of a Baking and Pastry scholarship from IACP, International Association of Culinary Professionals, to the Culinary Institute of America, Napa Valley.
Participants should arrive 20 minutes early for class for setting up stations.
