Holiday Cooking with Sheridan

With the first days of fall already behind us, now's the time to get in gear for holiday meals and entertaining. Take your Holiday gatherings to a new level with fresh ideas and recipes. This class will feature modern spins on traditional ideas and ways to impress your guests, while having a less stressful holiday season. We'll be preparing beautiful foods for your family table, items to bring to a dinner party, and simple, elegant recipes for entertaining in your home for friends and associates.

Join Chef Sheridan Nice in cooking holiday dishes. Some tried and true, and some for a change of pace. Each class meeting will result in a holiday meal to include entrees, appetizers, side dishes and desserts.

Sheridan Nice is the owner of Mona Lisa's Gelato & Cafe in Johnson City, TN, with her parnter and husband, Steve Nice. She is a graduate of La Varenne, Ecole de Cuisine, Paris and a recipient of a Baking and Pastry scholarship from IACP, International Association of Culinary Professionals, to the Culinary Institute of America, Napa Valley.


Participants should arrive 20 minutes early for class for setting up stations.
